The Shadowbrook Ridge Homeowners Association is made up of 129 homeowners on Kent East Hill in the Lake Meridian area. Shadowbrook Ridge homeowners take pride in their neighborhood and strive to make it a safe, attractive, and enjoyable neighborhood to live in.

A green belt woven through the community provides a backdrop for a peaceful and attractive neighborhood. This is complemented by a shared half acre community park which contains a sport court, picnic tables and children’s play area.
